Liz would like to thank all the people who attended Les’s funeral and thank all the people who attended the wake afterwards. She said it was nice to chat with all of the chess players.

attendance.
There were at least 15 members from Crewe Chess Club,
plus many others from local NSDCA clubs. In the current climate of concern
special mention should be made of those who travelled from as far as Wallasey
and Huddersfield.
