Mickey Adams Takes The Title
Mickey Adams retained the British Championship in a play-off match against Nigel Short this morning. The first game, with Nigel Short playing White, ended in a draw after 50 moves. In the second game, with Mickey Adams playing White, Nigel Short resigned after 34 moves. Click here to view both games.
