Alsager's new French player, Monsieur de Fault, played on all 4 boards against Newcastle 'D' last night but was unable to prevent a 4-0 whitewash, which hasn't done his grading much good !!
This is the 2nd occasion this season that Monsieur de Fault has had to play all 4 boards for Alsager, having previously done it in a Div 4 match against Meir.
Holmes Chapel Pawns won the bottom of the table match against Kidsgrove 'A' by 2 1/2 - 1 1/2.
