A new junior chess club will be opening in mid-September - exact date to be confirmed. The club will be called the Potteries Junior Chess Club and will be based at the same venue as Fenton Chess Club - the Gables public house, Trentham Road, Blurton, Stoke-On-Trent, ST3 3DS. The club will be open from 10:00 until 12:00 on Saturday mornings, and will be run by ECF-registered coach, Chris Hankey. All age groups are welcome, and parents are invited to attend with their children. Sets, boards and clocks will all be provided.
