Fenton went back to the top of the South Cheshire Shield table by a point last night, following a 3 - 1 win at Alsager. The destination of the trophy will now be decided next week when Fenton play Newcastle. A win for Newcastle would see them snatch the trophy from under Fenton's nose, while a draw will be sufficient to see Fenton come out on top.
