Alsager Success At Manchester Congress
Congratulations to Doug Barnett and Brian Birchall on their performances at last weekend's Manchester Congress. Doug won the Open Section with a score of 4.5/5 and Brian was joint 2nd in the Knights Section with 4/5. They probably won't thank me for publishing their ugly mugs but here they are anyway, receiving their prizes. The prize money should keep the bar at the Alsager Cricket Club going for another few months !!
