Holmes Chapel moved into the Final of the Open Cup following a 4-4 away draw against South Cheshire neighbours Macclesfield last night. The 4-4 draw meant that the board elimination rule came into play and this decided the match in Holmes Chapel's favour. They will now play either Stafford or Cheddleton in the Final.
