Double Default In Division 1

Monsieur de Fault turned out on all 5 boards for both Cheddleton and Holmes Chapel Kings in Division 1 when both sides agreed to call the match a double default. Despite Cheddleton being opposed to this the persistence of Holmes Chapel prevailed. I am only in possession of the facts as reported by Cheddleton, but this is obviously an unsatisfactory state of affairs and if Cheddleton were willing to play the match then surely they should be awarded the points.
