The County are urgently in need of volunteers to take over the roles of County Captain for the Open, U160 and U140 teams. You don't need to be a brilliant chess player to perform one of these roles - just a good organiser. You don't even need to play - you can be a non-playing Captain. There is no reason that a lower graded player couldn't Captain any of these teams as long as you have the organisational skills.
