I have just received the following from Roger Edwards :
"Please find attached the latest Arbiter's Bulletin. One of the items in it is the changes to the Laws which came in on the 1st January 2018. Whilst it does not affect the NSDCA, as all competitions will run under the rules they started with, it will affect certain players who play in congresses, as they will be under the new Laws.
It could also mean we need further rule changes for next season."
