It was agreed at last week's EGM that the NSDCA would adopt the ECF Child Protection Policy Document, changing any references to the ECF or English Chess Federation, to NSDCA or North Staffs & District Chess Association. That document can now be found here or from the tab at the top of the page. It was also agreed that, due to the importance of having such a policy, it should be included in our Constitution with immediate effect.
