Warwickshire Chess Congress

Jacob Boswell (Cheddleton), Rich Wiltshir (Kidsgrove) and Julian Hawthorne (Kidsgrove) all played in last weekend's Warwickshire Chess Congress.

Jacob finished 8th in the Major U170 section with 2.5/5.

Rich was runner-up in the Intermediate U145 section with 4/5.

Julian won the Minor U120 section with 4.5/5

A very successful tournament for the Kidsgrove duo, so very well done to both of them.

Well done to Jacob as well. He was ranked 13th out of the 18 entrants so did well to finish 5 places higher than that.
