World Senior Championships
The World Senior Over 50 Championship is now underway in Italy. Keith Arkell (Cheddleton 4NCL), the current European Over 50 Champion, has made a respectable start with a score of 2/3 from his opening matches. After winning his first two matches he was surprisingly beaten by IM Rod McKay in the 3rd round. Keith is seeded 4th at these Championships.
