Correction To Previous Post
Contrary to my previous posting, Cheddleton did NOT default their Major Cup match against Alsager. They were unable to raise a team on the night due to a glut of fixtures and offered to play the match on another night. However, Alsager opted to claim the match as it was not rearranged within the time frame specified by the rules, as they were within their rights to do, and this was accepted by Cheddleton.
