Staffs U140 v Leicestershire
The Staffs U140 team play their final match in this year's MCCU Championship on Saturday afternoon when they take on Leicestershire at the Newcastle Bridge Club. The match is being played over 12 boards instead of the usual 16 as both sides are struggling to raise a team over the Easter weekend. The result of this match, along with the result of the Shropshire v Warwickshire match being played on the same day, will determine whether Staffs finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd and who/where/when they will play in the National stages of the County Championship.
